By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Kalyaraa. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in Product information.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Sales Tax
If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide using reputable carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Note: Shipping charges are Rs. 100 for orders within Kathmandu city and Rs. 200 for orders outside the valley.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Signature may be required for certain high-value items.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged jewelry within notice period of 24 hours of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom or engraved items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on our Site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kalyaraa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.
